Kata Cobalt scissors are hand made using traditional Japanese methods and fully forged from V10 cobalt alloy steel which gives a longer lasting sharpness to the blades.
Each scissor is crafted by hand and double honed for superior all round cutting and particularly suitable for slicing.
Sizes 5, 5.5, 6 & 6.5
The NV Series features a semi-offset handle design with colour coded, easily adjustable clicking centre screw, removable finger rest and finger inserts.
