Refund Policy for Excellent-Scissors.com

At Excellent-Scissors.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your scissors, we offer a straightforward refund policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Return Window: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Process for Refund:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at admin@excellent-scissors.com  to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
